Gantry
High time to change these painful contraptions which open and close with a FORCE. No one is going to cheat fare by running through/jumping over the gantry so why the need to have such rigid and dangerous barrier. And isn't it time to widen the gantry so that passengers can walk through comfortably without feeling squeezed.
61 of Project 365: Library
One of my childhood dreams was to become a librarian. The closest thing to realising this dream was being a librarian in my primary school which was part of my ECA. I had also worked at a friend's comic shop for almost 1.5 years while in-between job. The greatest satisfaction comes from reading and recommending books to the customers. But with NLB, I doubt there'll be opportunity for such interaction.

Wendy's @Jurong Point
I went in and out, all in less than 1 minute. Don't understand the hype reported in the papers about long queues at the outlets at Lau Pa Sat. To me it's just another fast food trying to be cheesy with sqaure meat patties as it doesn't "cut corners", but you still have round buns at the end of the day right?
