34 of Project 365: Manual Mode

My first night shot using manual mode. A bit over exposed but at least not totally pitch black like the first few attempts. ISO3200?! I'm really pushing it.

33 of Project 365: Look Further

Look further, do not be blinded by current circumstances. It's good to be focused but sometimes we forget that there's a future.

Henderson Waves & Marang Trail

Markings on pavement to ensure that we were on the right track.

Alexandra Arch & Forest Walk

This marks the beginning of our trek to Mt Faber. You've been warned. Here we go!

Hort Park: Part 2

Rare flowers in glasshouse.

Duck figurine in the pond.

Hort Park: Part 1

We parked our car at Harbourfront Centre and took a bus to the Hort Park. You won't miss it because you will see the Alexandra Arch and the sign announcing Hort Park is directly underneath the Alexandra Arch. I prefer taking this route and enjoy the short leisure walk from the main road to the Hort Park than to drive directly to the Hort Park. Along the way, the path is shady and you can see lots of floras too. Treat this as an appetisier for more to come!

32 of Project 365: Dragonfly

All poised for take-off. I stood in the sweltering sun and dripping sweat for more than 10 mins to capture over 2 dozen pictures of this dragonfly up close. The dragonfly will always return to this particular spot every it flew off for a breather elsewhere.
